Sitting on the hill of Koskinou (Rhodes, Greece), Nikargy Luxury Apartments are the luxury hideaway you'll fall in love with this summer. Whether traveling for sleepless holidays with friends, or a peaceful family escape, or a bit of both, the apartments' suitable location - minutes away from Kallithea Beach and the brilliant Old Town - provides access to anything you feel like doing, from clubbing and shopping therapy to laid-back moments at the beach.
The two separate apartments - holiday homes, Nikos Luxury Apartment and Argyro Luxury Apartment (2 km away from the beach), are the best place to enjoy. All situated on the ground floor in the landscaped garden with numerous plants and trees of the Mediterranean nature. Free parking is offered.
Open the main door, luminous living room in beige/grey/green colours create a restful atmosphere for you to chill in, while the spacious kitchen beside is fully equipped to guarantee you prepare home-cooked meals for your loved ones every day. Two double bedrooms (with Media Strom mattresses) are waiting to accommodate four people. If it is necessary, the big sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In every room, there is an A/C.
The apartments are designed to offer refined relaxation and privacy. All is in the detail; everything is meant to increase the level of the guests comfort and happiness. Quality and elegance prevail throughout. The neighborhood of the apartments is extremely safe.

Wandering into the village, the inner heart of Koskinou is a colourful traditional oasis of calm, with brightly coloured doorways and facades at every turn of the cobbled streets and tavernas (restaurants) within a 3-minute walk. To get to the center of Rhodes Town via a car, from Koskinou it takes about 10 min. Koskinou is 20 mins from Rhodes airport.

"A brand new, clean, centrally located apartment with all modern conveniences, and a helpful host. The cleanliness, central location, great facilities and the helpfulness of the host. We were only staying for a few days due to a family member being in hospital, but our host welcomed us when we arrived, and brought us some food packages to help during our stay. The apartment is very clean, and has everything you need, as well as being next to the supermarket and close to restaurants, and also the lovely traditional area of the town. The sea and beaches are a 5 minute drive away (though unfortunately we never made it to the beach) We thoroughly recommend the Nikargy Luxury apartments. "This is a gem of Rhodes! We had such a wonderful time while staying at NikArgy apartment. We will always remember the hospitality of this family.
The apartment is brand new. It is very beautiful and comfortable. You will have everything that you need while your stay. It is definetely home away from home.
The nearest beach is only max 5 min by car. It is 13 min to the center of Rhodes city.
The village Koskinou is a traditional Rhodes village and we were very lucky that Evdokia (the host of the apartment) made a very interesting excursion around the village.

"I had a wonderful short stay here and absolutely loved the apartment and surroundings. The host was absolutely brilliant and was so welcoming and giving us great advice about the area, especially with the bbq every evening right next door in the park!! Beach is close by and the apartment is astounding with a washer, full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms for families or friends. Medieval Town: The apartments are situated in the traditional village of Koskinou and 7 km away from Rhodes Town and Medieval Town, giving you the opportunity to actually live the city without being far from it. Next to the center of the city you will find Rhodes Medieval Town, the most preserved Medieval town in the world according to UNESCO.
Kalithea Springs: Some minutes drive from our apartments or the city center and you will find Kallithea Springs. Kallithea Springs is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island! You can relax at a sun bed on the rocks surrounding the crystal blue waters and enjoy the spectacular view.
Filerimos: It is an ideal place to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. At the top of the hill rests the Monastery of Filerimos as well as ruins from the temple of Athena Polias. A few years ago, a gigantic Cross made of concrete was erected.
Butterflies Valley: The Butterfly Valley is one of the most fascinating attractions of the island. Located 23 km from the city center, the valley is a place where every year thousands of butterflies lay for the final stage of their life creating a spectacular phenomenon.
Lindos: About 50 km out of the city you will find the village of Lindos which is built around the Acropolis of Lindos. It is a popular tourist destination with beautiful beaches, historical sites and spectacular views.
Prasonisi: This place has a particularity since during summer that the water levels are low the island becomes a peninsula attached to Rhodes while in the winter that the water levels are high Prasonisi becomes a separate island.
